The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.11 per cent at Rs 13.53 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.90 per cent to Rs 12.78 crore from Rs 12.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.75 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 152.45 per cent to Rs 0.75 crore as against Rs -1.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 142.43 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
