Vindhya Telelink - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 23rd May, 2026 has inter alia, considered and approved the appointment of Shri Pandanda Kariappa Madappa (DIN:00058822) as an Additional Director designated as a Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a first term of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 23rd May, 2026 to 22nd May, 2031.
