The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.21 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.15 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.00 per cent at Rs 8.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.65 per cent to Rs 7.51 crore from Rs 7.96 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 1150.00 per cent to Rs 0.50 crore as against Rs 0.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1247.83 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 27.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 275.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.04 crore).
