Ashoka Refinerie - Board Meeting Intimation for INTIMATION OF THE 1ST/26-27 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ashoka Refineries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the 1st/26-27 Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the F. Y. 2026-27 is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 29th day of May, 2026 to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026.
