The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.47 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.21 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.87 per cent at Rs 13.68 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.65 per cent to Rs 12.69 crore from Rs 13.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.18 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 102.04 per cent to Rs 0.99 crore as against Rs 0.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 104.25 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 2.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 1036.36 per cent at Rs -1.25 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.11 crore).
