CDG Petchem Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider appointment/ change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, along with other incidental matters.
