The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 71.59 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 77.92 per cent to Rs 0.68 crore from Rs 3.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 56.06 per cent to Rs 0.58 crore as against Rs 1.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.65 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 175.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 55.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.40 crore).
