Havells India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

The Share Allotment and Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, has, in its Meeting held today on 22 May 2026, has allotted 3,04,810 Equity Shares of Re. 1 each to the Havells Employees Welfare Trust under prevailing ESPS Schemes of the Company.
