The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.76 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 135.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.46 per cent at Rs 51.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.14 per cent to Rs 41.75 crore from Rs 46.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 189.83 per cent at Rs -0.53 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.29 per cent to Rs 9.85 crore as against Rs 7.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 4.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.71 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.05 crore).
