The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2024.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.23 per cent at Rs 178.93 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 158.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.30 per cent to Rs 175.62 crore from Rs 149.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11086.44 per cent at Rs 66.00 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 60.17 per cent to Rs 3.31 crore as against Rs 8.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 64.83 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 944.44 per cent at Rs 13.16 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.26 crore).
