Jay Jalaram Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about consideration and approval of the proposal to acquire remaining 4,900 equity shares of Techgrind Solutions Private Limited with a view to make a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company subject to execution of Share Purchase Agreement and also subject to completion of all other legal and regulatory formalities.
