The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 25.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.28 per cent at Rs 140.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 198.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.96 per cent to Rs 110.00 crore from Rs 166.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 104.85 per cent at Rs 10.14 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.12 per cent to Rs 30.55 crore as against Rs 32.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.14 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 54.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.23 per cent at Rs 9.62 crore (Mar'25 Rs 9.74 crore).
