The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 72.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.50 per cent at Rs 133.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 61.66 per cent to Rs 118.03 crore from Rs 73.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 103.03 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -9.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.61 per cent to Rs 15.28 crore as against Rs 20.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 47.81 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 13.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 54.84 per cent at Rs 2.88 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.86 crore).
