The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 626.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 85.97 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 92.69 per cent to Rs 1.52 crore from Rs 20.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70.83 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4533.33 per cent to Rs 1.39 crore as against Rs 0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34014.29 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 2200.00 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.03 crore).
