Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company including cash flow statement and statement of assets and liabilities for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026 Consider and recommend final dividend on the paid-up equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
