Attached various committees circular resolution passed on 20-05-2026 has approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and remuneration committee and stakeholder relationship committee on account of the resignation of Mr. Jagdishchandra Bhagwanjibhai Jagani the member and the chairperson of the above committees.
