The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.30 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 64.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.70 per cent at Rs 64.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.16 per cent to Rs 48.80 crore from Rs 38.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 78.00 per cent at Rs 1.78 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.43 per cent to Rs 16.05 crore as against Rs 10.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.82 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 52.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 52.69 per cent at Rs 4.26 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.79 crore).
