ND Metal Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)\r\nRegulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors\r\nof the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30TH May, 2026 to consider\r\ninteralia the following business:\r\n1. Consider and approve the Statutory Auditor's report on Audited Financial results\r\nand Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31th March,\r\n2026.\r\n2. To Consider and approve the appointment of Sweeti Shaifali and Associates as\r\nsecretarial auditor of the Company for the year 2026-2027.\r\n3. To consider and approve any other business with the permission of Chair.\r\nFurther, regarding closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for trading in the\r\nSecurities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the\r\ndeclaration of audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
