Resolution Plan was approved by the Adjudicating Authority, pursuant to which a monitoring committee was formed to oversee the implementation of resolution plan. However, because of non payment of funds by the Successful Resolution Applicant, the resolution plan has been breached and an Interlocutory Application regarding the same has been filed before the Hon'ble NCLT Ahmedabad Bench.
