Dear Sir/ Madam,\r\n\r\nThis is to inform that Board of Diectors at their meeting held today i.e. 15th May, 2026 have recommended the Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 of Rs. 87/- per equity share to be declared at the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend if declared will be paid within the timelines prescribed under the law.
