We hereby wish to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e. 12th May 2026, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. M Balaji, as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with effect from 12th May, 2026 in compliance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules made thereunder and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time.
