The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 51033.33 per cent at Rs 61.12 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs -0.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 28342.86 per cent to Rs 59.31 crore from Rs -0.21 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 2162.50 per cent to Rs 1.81 crore as against Rs 0.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 104.38 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
