BLS Intl. Serv. - Update On Strike Off Of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

We would like to update the Exchanges that Reired BLS has received mail form Ministry of Corporate Affairs\r\nat 2:36 PM today, stating that status of E-form STK -2 of Reired BLS has changed to Approved. Pursuant to\r\nthe aforesaid approval, Reired BLS shall stand closed/strike off of w.e.f May 11, 2026.
