Guar seed prices slipped marginally in futures trade on Monday due to ample supplies from key producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for June delivery declined by Rs 10, or 0.17%, to Rs 5,725 per quintal, with an open interest of 58,195 lots.
Market experts said the slight decline in prices was driven by rising arrivals and improved supply conditions in the physical market.
