The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.31 per cent at Rs 45.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.14 per cent to Rs 38.69 crore from Rs 37.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 303.33 per cent at Rs -1.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.07 per cent to Rs 8.19 crore as against Rs 11.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.80 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 4.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 76.79 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.24 crore).
