The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.82 crore compared to net loss of Rs 25.85 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 36.36 per cent at Rs 7.30 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 84.24 per cent to Rs 4.19 crore from Rs 26.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 120.60 per cent to Rs 3.11 crore as against Rs -15.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 132.33 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 39.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.56 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.23 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore (Mar'25 Rs 9.79 crore).
