The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 265.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 225.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.16 per cent at Rs 775.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 509.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1289.13 per cent to Rs 162.25 crore from Rs 11.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 3.35 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.15 per cent to Rs 613.47 crore as against Rs 498.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.07 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 29.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 351.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.10 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.42 crore).
