The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 252.08 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 236.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.45 per cent at Rs 622.48 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 521.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 83.55 per cent to Rs 19.53 crore from Rs 10.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 48.81 per cent at Rs 4.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.12 per cent to Rs 602.95 crore as against Rs 510.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.12 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 28.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 353.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 53.72 per cent at Rs 1.86 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.21 crore).
