Nile - Report On Transfer Requests Of Physical Shares Re-Lodged Under The Special Window

Pursuant to SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/38/13/11(2)2026 - MIRSD- POD/1/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, we hereby submit the report as of April, 2026, in respect of the Special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares.\r\n\r\nThe enclosed report, obtained from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, M/s.
