VVIP Infratech - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015; the name of our Subsidiary Company Vibhor Vaibhav Infrahome Private Limited has been changed to VVIP Realtech Private Limited which has been approved by Registrar of Companies upon resubmission of Form INC-24 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued on 04-05-2026.
