Ashok Leyland reported a 9 per cent year-on-year increase in total sales at 14,646 units for April 2026, compared to 13,421 units in the same month last year.
Domestic sales grew 14 per cent to 14,242 units, up from 12,509 units in April 2025, the company said.
Sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles in the domestic market rose 8 per cent to 7,977 units, compared to 7,406 units in the corresponding period last year.
