Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026; \r\n\r\n2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
