Nirlon - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Interest Rates Updates

The HSBC , the Company's lender, has reduced the spread from 233 bps to 200 bps , and has also changed benchmark rate type ( with tenor) from 1 month to 3 month T bill , both effective from April 27, 2026.
