In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.70 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 110th AGM of the Company.All other details have been attached for your information and record.
