Rail Vikas Nigam Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 and recommendation of Final Dividend if any, for FY 2025-26.
