Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026. \r\n\r\nAccordingly, Trading Window for Designated Persons shall remain closed upto 6th May, 2026.
