We would like to inform you that Chembond Material Technologies Limited does not fall under category of Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria mentioned under SEBI Circular dated October 19, 2023 read with SEBI Operational circular dated August 10, 2021 updated as on April 13, 2022 with respect to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates. We enclose herewith Annexure A as mentioned under the aforesaid circular.
