Logica Infoway - Intimation For Non - Applicability Of Large Corporate (LC) Disclosure For The Year Ended March 31, 2026.

The company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per the framework and applicability criteria provided in the SEBI Circulars SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 & SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023. Hence, filing of Initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 and B2 respectively, for the FY ended 2025-26, is not applicable to the Company.
