Icodex Publishing - Board Meeting Outcome for Board Meeting Outcome-Availing Of Credit Facilities From ICICI Bank And Creatio

The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 22nd April 2026, has approved to avail credit facilities from ICICI Bank, Viman Nagar Branch aggregating to Rs. 10,80,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Eighty Lakhs only) for working capital and general corporate purposes and capex through Credit Arrangement Letter (\CAL\).
