Indian Hotels Co. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

Further to our letter dated January 15, 2026, The Indian Hotels Company Limited along with its step down subsidiaries namely ANK Hotels Private Limited and Pride Hospitality Private Limited has completed acquisition of 51% of the share capital in Brij Hospitality Private Limited for a total investment of up to Rs. 222 crores.
