CESC has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 52.11% is owned by Indian Promoters and 47.89% by Public.

Institutional holds 37.85% (Insurance Companies 8.12%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.05% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of CESC company are Rainbow Investments Limited (5879.66 lakhs shares / 44.36%), Quest Capital Markets Limited (290.25 lakhs shares / 2.19%), Stel Holdings Limited (249.35 lakhs shares / 1.88%), Pcbl Chemical Limited (168.62 lakhs shares / 1.27%) and Digidrive Distributors Limited (154.50 lakhs shares / 1.17%).
