Cipla has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 29.21% is owned by Promoters and 70.79% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 9.17% and Foreign Promoters holds 20.05%.

Institutional holds 54.53% (Insurance Companies 11.24%) and Non-Institutional holds 16.26% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Cipla company are Yusuf Khwaja Hameid (1505.21 lakhs shares / 18.69%), Sophie Ahmed (459.82 lakhs shares / 5.71%), M K Hamied (278.44 lakhs shares / 3.46%) and Kamil Hamied (109.40 lakhs shares / 1.36%).
