Chambal Fertilisers has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 61.25% is owned by Indian Promoters and 38.75% by Public.

Institutional holds 20.50% (Insurance Companies 0.47%) and Non-Institutional holds 18.27% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Chambal Fertilisers company are The Hindustan Times Limited (572.25 lakhs shares / 14.28%), Zuari Industries Limited (569.65 lakhs shares / 14.22%), Sil Investments Limited (327.99 lakhs shares / 8.19%), Earthstone Holding (Two) Private Limited (142.59 lakhs shares / 3.56%) and Chandra Shekhar Nopany (Shekhar Family Trust) (138.94 lakhs shares / 3.47%).

Out of 2454.16 lakhs shares, Promoters of Chambal Fertilisers Company has over 575.80 lakhs (23.46%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2026.
