As of March 2026, 40.39% is owned by Indian Promoters and 59.61% by Public.

Institutional holds 36.99% (Insurance Companies 0.97%) and Non-Institutional holds 22.60% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Birlasoft company are National Engineering Industries Limited (1077.36 lakhs shares / 38.55%) and Central India Industries Limited (51.70 lakhs shares / 1.85%).
