As of March 2026, 69.52% is owned by Indian Promoters and 30.48% by Public.

Institutional holds 6.55% (Insurance Companies 0.54%) and Non-Institutional holds 23.94% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Pace Digitek company are Maddisetty Venugopal Rao (500.33 lakhs shares / 23.18%), Padma Venugopal Maddisetty (499.83 lakhs shares / 23.16%), Rajiv Maddisetty (250.42 lakhs shares / 11.60%) and Lahari Maddisetty (249.92 lakhs shares / 11.58%).
