As of March 2026, 57.01% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.99% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Gem Aromatics company are Parekh Family Trust (106.00 lakhs shares / 20.29%), Vipul Nathalal Parekh (95.17 lakhs shares / 18.22%), Kaksha Vipul Parekh (49.03 lakhs shares / 9.39%) and Yash Vipul Parekh (47.59 lakhs shares / 9.11%).
