As of March 2026, 54.22% is owned by Indian Promoters and 45.78% by Public.

Institutional holds 35.79% (Insurance Companies 10.96%) and Non-Institutional holds 9.99% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Astral company are Sandeep Pravinbhai Engineer (848.17 lakhs shares / 31.57%), Saumya Polymers Llp (229.43 lakhs shares / 8.54%), Jagruti Sandeep Engineer (203.19 lakhs shares / 7.56%) and Kairav Chemicals Limited (175.88 lakhs shares / 6.55%).
