Oberoi Realty Limited has informed the Exchange about Scheme of Amalgamation of Nirmal Lifestyle Realty Private Limited ( NLRPL or Transferor Company ) with Oberoi Realty Limited ( ORL or Transferee Company ) and their respective shareholders ( Scheme ) is made effective from April 14, 2026.
