As of March 2026, 38.51% is owned by Indian Promoters and 61.49% by Public.

Institutional holds 28.05% (Insurance Companies 0.36%) and Non-Institutional holds 33.44% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Pricol company are Pricol Holdings Private Limited (110.02 lakhs shares / 9.03%), Vijay Mohan (104.65 lakhs shares / 8.59%), Vikram Mohan (76.26 lakhs shares / 6.26%), Viren Mohan (66.58 lakhs shares / 5.46%) and Vanitha Mohan (57.31 lakhs shares / 4.70%).
