We hereby confirm that our company does not fall under the Large Corporates (LC) Category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular as amended. Hence, the requirement of filing of initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 and B2 respectively to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2026-27 and 2025-26 respectively, does not arise.
